Industrial Relations Online Facility
CallingtheCape has entered into a contract with Nth2 (Pty) Ltd, to offer an IR online facility for all paid up CallingtheCape members. Nth2 (Pty) Ltd is a black-owned company providing comprehensive services in labour law and employment relations and also a member organization of CallingtheCape. This IR online facility offers solutions to the most commonly recurring employment challenges. Below are specific details of some of the services offered by this web-based solution:
- Over 150 employment policies, letters, contracts and documents for use in your business
- Regular case and news updates
- Monthly Newsletter
- Compliance Check
- Guidelines on compiling an employee handbook for your business
This facility is only available to paid-up CallingtheCape members. Each paid-up member is allocated a dedicated user number and a password that will allow them access to the IR online facility for as long as their membership remains active.
