Fagri has been involved with this organisation for the last number of years. He is an astute business man and is very passionate about the industry.
Golf is definitely one of his favourite pastimes!

Nicky is often the first point of contact for investors looking to the Western Cape, she is passionate about life, a quality she brings to her work. Nicky began her relationship with BPeSA Western Cape in 2005. After a successful stint in the corporate sector, she returned to BPeSA in 2009 to continue her work in promoting the industry to both local and international investors. According to Floris the best thing about working in the sector is that it creates opportunities for those that otherwise may have missed out. "As the entry requirements for a call centre agent are just a matric, it opens the industry up to thousands of people who either choose, or are not able to study further."

Nicky enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her friends. She has held a number of different positions prior to joining BPeSA and spent a total of 6 years working in the UK and France.

Audrey is the person behind the finances at BPeSA Western Cape. Prior to joining BPeSA, she worked in the NGO sector for ten years in a variety of positions ranging from data capturing to Account Management. Audrey is currently completing her BCom in Management Accounting.

"When I am not studying or working I spend as much time as possible with my family, I also love baking cakes, and that includes wedding cakes when I have the time."

Nicky has been part of the BPeSA Western Cape team since 2005. Before making her mark in the BPeSA learnership programme, Nicky spent a number of years travelling the world and working as a computer trainer for the shipping industry. In 2005 she decided to move to more solid ground and has been an Intrigual part of the team ever since. Nicky ensures that the right people come on board the learnership programme. She is responsible for checking CV's, arranging time tables, facility management, database management and ensuring the successful day to day running of the campus "Lots of our learners come from impoverished backgrounds, so being able to help uplift them as well as members of their family is very rewarding."

Nicky believes in living a balanced lifestyle, she enjoys spending time with her kids, while also making the most of a good party.  

Luleka has been with BPeSA Western Cape since 2006, progressing from a file clerk to her current role as the receptionist and learner enquiry officer.  Luleku believes in hard work and dedication. After school she started work as a domestic worker, but thanks to former BPeSA staff member Sonja Lawson was given the opportunity to make a name for herself in the call centre industry. Luleku works closely with Nicky making sure that the learnership programme continues to excel. "I love working here, the people are so nice and I get to make a real difference, I am very happy here."

When she is not working, Luleku signs in her church choir and is also the leader of the local Sunday school. 

Nettie is our right hand at the office. Responsible for ensuring that we are all hydrated and warm. She is also responsible for ensuring that we operate in a clean environment.
