ValuesWe believe in a values-based approach to what we do. What we mean by this is that our values guide the people that we hire, our relationships with our stakeholder, and our day-to-day work. We believe that values are meaningless unless they are ranked in order of importance – otherwise, how can we resolve difficult situations when our values come into conflict with each other? Finally, our values are not carved onto stone tablets and parked in the back of the office: we discuss them democratically, we revise them regularly, and we think about them – a lot.
