What is Key Partnership?
It is the highest level of CtC association available. As the name suggests Key Partners are not only Members and Sponsors but also seen as key service providers that are strategically aligned with CallingtheCape.
Key Partnership is designed for companies that desire to be seen as very serious players in the contact centre/BPO sector.
Key Partners benefit from all the benefits enjoyed by Members and Sponsors, and have a number of critical additional benefits.
Who is it for?
It is for companies with a substantial marketing budget seeking maximum exposure in the Western Cape’s contact centre/BPO industry.
All the criteria and benefits of Membership are included in Sponsorship.
What are the additional key benefits?

| CtC will host one joint event with each Key Partner per annum to market a new aspect of the Key Partner’s service offering to the BPO community | Management of marketing events can cost up to R50 000, but this is a benefit that does not cost Key Partners anything, other than venue hire (where applicable) |
| CtC will distribute marketing material to all international investors visiting Cape Town and hosted by CtC | We normally host over 30 major delegations per annum, so we estimate this benefit to be worth at least R30 000 |
| CtC will distribute marketing material at all international pavilions attended by CtC | We normally attend at least 3 of these a year, so we estimate this to be worth at least R15 000 |
| Company logo included in CtC marketing material, presentations, investor briefs, on invitations to major CtC events and monthly CtC newsletter | The brand value of this is hard to estimate but it is very significant |

What does Key Partnership cost?
The commercial benefits of Key Partnership, based purely on the cash benefit and not estimating the additional brand value, are at least R200 000.
The cost of Key Partnership is R75 000 (ex. VAT) per annum, payable in advance.
Key Partnership is limited to twenty companies per annum.
